OK

Good, cheap, basic set top box.

Good signal pickup, picture, sound. Easy to set up. Low price, especially now its superceded.

Too big. Big box for a few circuit boards. A little dated looking.... It's gotta be at least 18 months old!

Terrible

I was one of the first to get on board with digital and bought this STB in the first week after it was released. I have had to spend extra money on antenna and leads and many hours on and in the roof but STILL I cannot get through a half hour program...

Good connections. Channel Display.

Lousy tuner. Signal continually dropping out even after upgrading antenna (external) and leads (quad shield antenna lead and fly cable).

Good

Even manages a clear mostly uninterupted signal via a standard indoor antenna with amplification (have not gor a point moved to the new TV position) Looks great on 16:9 widescreen TV, anybody not with a digital set top box whom have a widescreen TV...

Easy Setup Nice GUI Remote easy to use Picture quality superb via all connectors Standard S-Video and RCA outputs RCA AV Cable included Easy to read OSD and can set transparency EPG (Electronic Program Guide)is extremely useful and pops up on all...

Yet another remote control (however this is standard for all STB that are not intergrated into a TV etc) Volume down from my Kenwood Amplifier also turns down the volume on the STB but not the other way round SCART lead needed for highest quality...
