Another surprising aspect of the design is the positioning of the hinge. Whereas most flatbeds have the hinge at the rear of the scanner, the Epson has its hinge placed to the right, so the V370 opens to the side like a back-to-front book. This design...
A significant upgrade from your typical MFD’s scanner function, the V370 offers very good quality for a sub-£100 model. It can handle slides, and the lid can even cater for thick books. It doesn't look great, and the protruding wires could be an issue...

I would definitely recommend this scanner.
-Auto-detect works great -Scans quickly -Scans negatives and slides -Automatically separates multiple photos
-Non so far

If you want a scanner that does it all this is the one.
This scanner does everything I have even scanned old 110 negatives with it. It is the best scanner I have ever owned

" scanner is quiet and scans documents and photos with complete clarity. "
Consumer review (epson.com)
" I found the scanner easy to use once I received help setting it up. It works with windows 10 but I had to delete a previous scanner to use it. It does very well with old pictures I have been scanning for the family. "
Consumer review (epson.com)
" Overall excellent product. Easy to set up and use tho a bit awkward printing envelopes. Quality and efficiency of output is very good. "

" Used an earlier EPSON scanner for years and it worked well. I like the fact that my new 570 has a removable lid. I regret that the complete software installation loads unneeded programs but I guess that keeps the price down. "
Consumer review (epson.com)
" After using this scanner I am thrilled at its performance and ease of use. Software is pretty straight forward and does a good job however I still prefer Photoshop for stitchingredients pictures. "

" have done 35 slides and negatives, photos, and documents all with excellent results. Would take half star off for complicated software. It is not real intuitive. Probably would help to see some youtube videos on what ever you want to do with it. "
