This is phenominal little scanner.

As some of the other reviewers mentioned, it does jam occasionally, but almost always because I either forgot to remove a staple in the middle of a stack of paper, or because the paper is excessively crinkled or squished on the leading edge.

Bought one for office, have scanned easily 10,000 pages. Got stuck using my HP scanner at home today and it's pure torture...so I bought one for the home office, too. Once you get a taste of a 4 sec scan (to jpg or pdf), you just can't hack HPs...
