Does what it needs to do

Back does not stay on or causes jams ; Software is out of date, you think with such a high price tag it would be more current version ; Kind of touch with calibration

Do Not Buy

Unit arrived and worked long enough to calibrate. After calibration, unit would not scan anything nor would it be recognized by computer.

Desk top easy!

We bought one of these 6 months ago and liked it so well, we purchased two more. Very easy to use with very few user issues. For a desk top scanner, it's hard to beat!

This is going back to the store!!

We just upgraded from the Visioneer Strobe 200 which no one was very happy with. We were looking forward to the new 220 thinking it would be much better improved. This scanner does not feed correctly it pulls the paper sideways and then reverses...
