Good & hot coffee, when it works
Had this brewer for 2 months. Has had to be replaced 2 times. Firts one quit working within 2 weeks. Would pump. Custumer service said a bad pump and will replace. New one wouldn't even work out of the box. They had to send another one. That worked for...

This model is flawed! Look at what the other purchasers are saying- the same problems... I didn't read the comments before purchasing, I wish I did! A final note: V-cups that this machine uses are almost nowhere to be found. You MUST use a V-Cup it...

Pump failed after only SIX (that's right) cups of coffee: Makes pumping sound, but no water is pumped ; There's also a defect in that the machine stops brewing and says "Add Water!" even when the water tank is more than half full - quite annoying

Goodwill might find a home for this. The side water holder makes the thing dangerous to pick up and move. Can't say how many times I've moved it only to forget the water box pops out and you are stuck holding the thing from falling.
Heavy. If you don't move it and like the few choices of coffee it is OK coffee.
Unfortunately this product uses the vue type of coffee cup. They can not be found locally. Most online places only have a few choices. A universal adapter produces poor quality coffee. There simply isn't a good use for this. Hard to beat the taste of...
