The new Apple Watch SE (2022) pairs an up-to-date processor with many of Apple's latest smartwatch features, including watchOS 9 and low power mode. Plus it checks out at a lower starting price.

If you want the full-featured Apple Watch experience, the Apple Watch Series 8 is the better choice. But I think many average users will find everything they need in the new SE.
