The cable does not connect all the time. You have to push the cable in on one side were it connects to the iPod and make sure it does not move. I thought it might be my iPod but the cable for the car works just fine.

Not a bad little docking station this. Had a more expensive one with better ratings prior to this and it was rubbish. This is an ace little player. Good sound quality and very compact. For 30 quid this is well worth a purchase!!

Neutral sound, with poor sensitivity, nowhere near the 90 db claimed, and distorts upon receiving anything over 50 watts, but the lights are cool. Use a x-over cap or "bass blocker" to reduce distortion.
