This is a good piece of equipment. I tried one in a hotel in Belgium and was so impressed with the quality that I bought one on my return. It gives a very good reproduction from my Ipod and the reverb bass really enhances the sound.

Bought the pair new in Brisbane, Australia. Worked reasonably well (no rave here) for about a year, then the left tweeter expired in the middle of a song witnhout reason (no high volume, no distortion, no sudden peaks). Pretty miffed about that!

This is a beautiful subwoofer, but I took mine to a repair shop after one week. The amp will shut down after about five minutes, due to overheating. The repairman is waiting for Monitor Audio to contact him about parts.
