Jawbone Jambox vs. Soundmatters foxL v2... fight!

Two portable speakers clamber into the ring, each boasting big, beautiful sound for their diminutive size. Both cost $200. Both have the same technology

Soundmatters Foxl v2 Bluetooth

This small, wireless speaker you can use with your phone or media player pumps out some solid bass for its size, but the Soundmatters Foxl v2 Bluetooth isn't a good-enough speakerphone to be worth its $200 price tag.

Very small. Decent music sound quality and bass response for its size.

Subpar voice call quality. Disappointing, empty treble.

Whoever coined the saying “good things come in small packages”, was probably thinking of the Soundmatters foxL v2 speakers.

Superb sound for its size ; Great build quality ; Practically pocketable

Hefty price tag ; Could use a little more bass

If you’re a road warrior and you have some moolah to spend on speakers, the foxL is the way to go.
