I experienced the same problem as the other reviewer. Timer does not shut off, instead timer goes to end of set time then goes to the "continuous on" position and has to be unplugged to turn off.

be warned, this is actually bright turquoise and will clash horribly with all you pretty blue and duck egg blue kitchen items e.g. the Nigella range. I returned mine.

I bought this toaster and found out that regular slices of bread do not fit in the slots. I have to cut off 1/2" off the side of the bread for it to fit. I am talking about breads like orowheat and pepperidge farm. Bad bad toaster..

I bought toaster hoping for the same quality that Sunbeam used to have...deliciously toasted bread. This does not toast evenly...the bottom toasted, the top not so well. The controls don't work as well as I would like. I am now searching for one...
