I had a previous older model Shark Steam mop and I liked it so when it quit, I ordered this model. This one is lighter in weight, easier to fill, and has 3 settings for less to more steam. I love my Pro Shark and would recommend it

Whoever had the bright idea to have part of the filter unit open downwards when you are emptying the vacuum...? In cleaning it out, half of your dirt falls out onto the floor and therefore has to be vacuumed up. Again. And any pulling on the attachment...

I have 2 large breed dogs with long hair and they are always on beds and couches and with this it makes live so simple to hook up and use the pet tool for the hair and the suction is amazing. A must have!

This carpet cleaner really pulls up the dirt. The downfall, is the small cleaning head and small bucket. Must refill often, but priced low enough to still like it. Do not recommend if you have large carpeted areas to clean.
