The technology may be far from ground-breaking, but Hercules' Webcam Deluxe Optical Glass is a solid budget webcam, particularly suited to low light use. As an entry-level unit, or one for occasional use, it's just the job.

The webcam works great, has nice LED's for lighting. Simple usb hookup. The clip is useful for hooking it onto the monitor
