Great picture. Configurability is off the charts. Half the price of similar cameras. 25% cheaper than the US version. Documentation and applications on the included mini-CD are in English, and with some fiddling around, you CAN get it to work.
Chinese market camera. CANNOT upgrade firmware...but you don't need to. No support from HikVision. If you are not skilled at configuring TP/IP settings, or are not knowledgeable about IP cameras, do NOT buy this camera!

Everything as advertised. 3MP With reasonable framerate.
Received in around 2 weeks to the states. This product is for those with experience with Hikvision products. Also, you are not supposed to EVER upgrade the firmware. I wonder why? Maybe the seller will tell us.

Now that I know how to setup and configure, I plan on buying 2 more
Good price, from where it came from I had it 3 days before the due date
No support from hikvision unless purchased from them. the manual is not the best, best option for recording would be a NAS or synlogy box. recording to the pc takes time to figure out, because there's a local storage which is ONLY for manually...

Hikvision will offer no support for these cameras. They are built by Hikvision for the Chinese market. Hikvision will offer no support for these products. Hikvision is a great company with great products. Unfortunately this seller is dishonest

No power adapter is included (not a problem for PoE installers). Just letting you know.
Great camera, 1080p at acceptable frames. Motion and tamper detection available. Cheap price
Has to be ordered from China (which means at least 2 weeks to get it), NOT FOR THE NOVICE TO INSTALL. Im serious, if you want to get the best out of this camera, you better learn to read the .pdf, watch youtube videos, and trouble shoot on your own

Make sure to install and run the SADP (Search Active Devices Protocol Software) from the enclosed disk first! It will show you the default IP address of the camera, so you can connect to it from your browser. I setup an identical camera a few months...
A high quality camera for a very reasonable price.
