Motorola MPx220

Packed with features, the Motorola MPx220 is the speediest Windows-based smartphone yet, but our model had some audio problems.

Powerful processor. Megapixel camera. Excellent battery life (more than 8 hours). Mini-SD slot.

Quiet speakerphone. Occasional clipping at top volume. Can't activate voice dialing from headset.

Motorola MPX220

The Motorola MPx 220 is not a new phone to the market, in fact it is a couple years old. Old does not always necessarily mean bad because this phone can offer some of the same features that new phones offer. The MPx 220 in my opinion is one of the most...

Review: Motorola MPx220 - Svelte & effective Mobile Companion

Most noteworthy among the improvements is an integrated 1.23-megapixel digital camera, a feature quickly becoming de rigueur on almost every type of mobile phone these days. Memory has also been increased to 64 MB up from 32 MB. For memory expansion,...

The quad-band (GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz) Motorola MPx220 is available from Cingular Wireless for $299, though that price requires a two-year contract commitment from the carrier. If you're comfortable with Windows Mobile and text input is not a major...

Motorola MPx220 Review

As the latest addition to the Cingular smartphone line-up, the Motorola MPx220 succeeds the popular MPx200. Powered by the Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition, the mobile variant of the desktop OS, much of the functions are similar to the Audiovox SMT5600

Motorola has improved the MPx220 over the MPx200, providing quad-band technology, improving battery life, adding more internal memory, and upgrading many software features with the addition of Windows Mobile 2003 SE. And with the chrome finish and...

Motorola MPX220

The Motorola MPx220 has been an open secret for about six months - Motorola have resisted making an official announcement in the past, presumably to protect sales of the MPx200 range, but now there's official word from Motorola on the new handset, even...

Motorola MPx220 GSM Windows Mobile Smartphone Review by Mobile Tech Review

The phone is offered by Cingular, and for the first month or so, Best Buy stores had the exclusive rights to sell it. It's now on Amazon's web site and has appeared in Cingular. It's a world phone that supports all GSM bands and the first batches sold...

This smartphone has a lot going for it: very compact clamshell design, lightweight, fast, a very nice color display, stereo MP3 playback through headphones, a color external display, an expansion slot, Bluetooth, a megapixel camera and easy syncing ;

Camera quality isn't competitive with many other megapixel camera phones. It's annoyingly easy to accidentally hit the volume up/down rocker and unintentionally change phone volume. Why didn't Motorola include a stereo earbud headset on this multimedia...

It looks like a regular cell phone but boy does it pack a lot of features and power! If you're looking for a phone that offers easy syncronization to Outlook and MS Exchange, can carry much the same data as a PDA but don't need the size, features and...

Motorola Mpx220 review

Motorola's MPx220 is a worthy choice for a Windows Mobile 2003 smart phone, though some of its features are less than perfect.
