Bulletproof Burner

Do you want bulletproof burns EVERY time? Are you tired of your finicky, $90 clock-radio-corder that routinely generates a trashcan full of coasters on a monthly basis? Do you cling to the false hope that your cheap-corder company will issue a firmware...

100% reliable burns, 3 s-video/composite inputs, 2 s-video/composite outputs, high-grade Pioneer Pure Cinema DVD playback quality, impeccable recording quality, super quiet and cool running, amazing variety of controls for adjusting picture quality on...

This machine makes your VCR obsolete for cheap

Before I picked this up at WalMart for $199 plus tax, I had purchased a CyberHome DVD recorder based on the excellent quality and value of a CyberHome DVD player for $35. Big mistake, it sucked. I returned it and got this Pioneer and I am very glad I ...

Great picture quality, lots of features, easy-to-use GUI interface and info messages on the unit.

None. Pioneer is a visionary company.

Very Good Dvd Recorder

I purchased this dvd recorder about a week ago from Walmart for 224 (got discount due to the box not containing a user's manual). I have it hooked up to a hd cable box (SA 8300), and have burned about a dozen dvd's or so. I went to the Pioneer website ...

Adjustable recording time, intuitive remote, solid reputation and reviews, lives up to expectations

Takes a while to get the hang of how to hook up and operate

Bought at Walmart / what was I thinking

I shop at Walmart for most of my household items, I happen to go into the electronics dept. I saw this DVD recorder, so I thought I would try it. It is very confusing to use, you just don't press play and it plays, you have to be in video 1,2,3,4 or 5,...

I honestly couldn't find any.

Very confusing to operate, not made for HDTV or high end TV's
