I have this exact unit on top of my TV. It found 18 channels in my area. The remote works great with lots of extras. Sometimes you might need to re-scan or turn the antenna but overall this works great!

This box has only picked up 2 channels for me I also have a zenith that gets 10 channels. I got it cheaper than the other one. So if you want only 2 channels it's ok if you want more better get something else.
