philips is sending 3rd player, i doubt it will work , but maybe i'll get to listen to it 4 times before it breaks. this was not bought through newegg

getting it to work on a Mac, make sure your not using AAC files (the normal I Tunes format) but other than that hick-up works great

Overall the product is good and perfect for everyday use, I think it takes way to long to load the songs onto the player. Once the songs are loaded (took me almost 2 hours to add 4 GB of music) the player is great especially the smart shuffler......
