Nice item, but has software issues

The item looks and feels really nice and is easy to load up with songs, after the hassle of loading the correct software. The software on the disc takes ages to load and you then find out that it is only compatible with Windows XP and Windows Media...

Would be good if it wasn't so quiet.

 

Would be good if it wasn't so quiet.

The output volume is simply too quiet. Otherwise it would have been ok. The only other gripe I have is the touchpad control. Does anyone actually prefer these to proper buttons? Not me, anyway!
