This item allows the Marmitek unit to operate out of sight and not interfere with the operation of the remote directly on the item being controlled. For further points please see my review of the main unit.

This company can't even send a small item out withinn a few days. Do not use this company. The item was a small infrared repeater that could fit in an envelope. There has not been any contact from them.

Overall I am happy with the PowerMid Rx/Tx units. I have 2x transmitters talking to a single receiver.
