Veho VFS-001me 5 Mega pixel slide and negative scanner, USB 2, Vista

The unit does the job quickly and cheaply .The cheapness shows with a very flimsy constuction - the slide holder broke into two pieces , no bad thing as it made loading much quicker and an access "door" snapped within a few uses.

I ordered this item in good faith but never received it from the seller. I was disappointed because it was just what I was looking for. Made we wary of ordering from that seller at a future date.

I should have read the reviews on this product before buying. I have now returned the Veho VFS-001 to Amazon. Physically the product looks and feels ok. Software wise I gave up after trying to load it on 3 different laptops (XP and Vista)more or less...
