Easy to install but I had to trim the one side of the accordion plastic rails in order to get another 1l4 inch window clearance. Easily cut about 1 inch off with a hack saw with no problem.

Perfect fit and WAY cheaper buying them vs obtaining them from the heating/A.C. Company who handles the annual furnace check and cleaning. Definitely the way to go. And, since there are two, we don't need to worry about getting another one next year.

New pad smell was very strong for 3 days but eventually fads. They hold a large amount of water so the cooling effect is very good even in the higher humidity.
Our weather has been so dry here so this purchase was what I needed. Works well. But do keep it away from anything that the moisture blows into. Love the warm moisture.
