Got this unit home and hooked it up. I could see the logo as it booted up but after that there was no signal over the HDMI output. Called tech support and waited more than 30 minutes before giving up. Returning to store.

The size is listed as 10.6" long. It is NOT. The length of the Blu-ray player is actually 14.25". Be careful if you are trying to fit it into a cabinet.
