The Sony DVP-FX730 proves a quality portable DVD player, which also supports USB sticks.

Good picture quality, sound and build, decent five hour battery life plus car adaptor, fully featured remote, support for DivX AVI files, 16:9 widescreen support, two built-in headphone jacks, A/V output for TV

DON'T BUY THIS DVD PLAYER!!!

 

You can watch DVD's in the widescreen option, but you have to set it to widescreen every time you put a new DVD in. Can only reverse during a scene with the remote. I use this at my health club and love it! Crystal clear picture, easy to use controls...

worked well at first

 

We bought this dvd player only used it on long road trips about 3 hours at max. We have owned it for less than 1 year and the screen only displays the picture until the menu screen comes up then it goes black.

able to lock buttons, like to rotate the screen, great battery life ;

warrenty outlasted product but forgot to sve reciept ;

Region Free Pal DVD cannot be played

 

Just got it today! disk pickup is slow cannot play region free PAL DVD even! Europeans please stay away from this cannot play Divx/Xvid AVI's on DVDRs [ it shows files but cannot play... My Chinese DVD player does everything except for battery backup.....

plays ONLY region 1 NTSC , no divx/xvid support for AVI's
