Amazon Kindle Paperwhite Kids is perfect for little bookworms

Amazon's Kindle Paperwhite Kids combines the excellent Amazon Kids+ library of books with the fantastic E-Ink display technology for the ideal device for young readers.

Good screen size ; Excellent readability ; Fantastic battery life ; Vast library ; No distractions of games and videos

On the expensive side ; No wireless charging

Full access to a massive library for kids, easy on the eyes, and over two months of battery life equals a parent's dream for their book-hungry kid. The only real downside is that it is a bit expensive.

Fire Tablets can be cheaper ; Kids+ subscription lasts just a year

With a good-sized screen, waterproofing, long warranty and bundled case, the Paperwhite Kids is ideal if you want to encourage your kids to read, and have a Kindle you can use too.
