AKG K 490 NC

 

For the price, the excellent AKG K 490 NC noise canceling headphones outperform everything below--and several models above--it.

Quality noise cancellation. Excellent audio performance. Does not distort at high volumes. Very comfortable. Can be used passively. Recharges via USB. Removable cable.

Protective pouch is compact but probably could use more padding or a shell. On-ear design leaks audio.
