I am using the key pad with a 17-inch MacBook Pro, and it worked, simple as that. No bells and whistles, but does what it is designed to do.

It's a perfectly functional 10-key addition to a laptop. I would suggest Velcro strips on the bottom if you're going to use it for extended periods, as it's about the same weight as a CD case. Also, the retractable cord dealybob sort of works...sort of.

Works exactly as you would expect. The retracting cord is nice, but doesn't always agree well. Nice product though.
