This item doesn't even warrant one star. It shouldn't be this difficult to use, but the manual is incomprehensible and incomplete, the help section useless and the image quality is very poor. Don't waste your money or time, like we did.

I had only scanned 15 or so rolls of film when this adapter broke. It's on it's way in for repair. Glad it has a 1 year warranty. The scans were fine though.

Wasp does not allow the transfer of licenses of their software. Be careful before you buy any of their software, as you will probably NOT be able to ever sell it.

The software for this scanner is a joke. Tech support is no help. Our computer now automatically connects to our ISP (AOL) everytime it is turned on. We still can't send a scanned image as e-mail. The manuals that come with the scanner are pathetic...
