The description provided makes you think the unit has a USB connection however when received they did not come with any USB - not sure why the description mentions USB if there is no such thing in the box... DATALOGIC SCANNING, QS2500 CCD, USB KIT,...

Gave 1 star for claiming supported interfaces yet not including cords to support any of those interfaces. Between both NewEgg and the Cipherlab websites I cannot even find a way to order any cords. I happen to need the USB interface, and this is a...
I was looking for an alternative to those 400 dollar 3d scanners and i found this. https://youtu.be/9wtA0cKVC1I I understand that it can be a docment scanner, projector, and magnifyer, but its really vauge on the 3d scanning support. Weather or not i...
This item lists for 19.99. It is for a WSC3900 It is incorrectly listed. The product shown is not the product for that scanner
If you are looking for an A3 Scanner this isn't it - opened the box and sent it straight back - bought a Must Scan Express instead - not sheet fed but a great scanner which the Plustek truly aint! Why would you want to fold the A3 to A4 - scan twice...

After hours of additional downloads it never worked and i had to send it back.
This item doesn't even warrant one star. It shouldn't be this difficult to use, but the manual is incomprehensible and incomplete, the help section useless and the image quality is very poor. Don't waste your money or time, like we did.

Photo software dates back to the days that the Internet was in black-and-white. Luckily, the scan software is accessible through most photo software packages like Irfanview.
I had only scanned 15 or so rolls of film when this adapter broke. It's on it's way in for repair. Glad it has a 1 year warranty. The scans were fine though.
was not packed just in a box loose and banging around, there was no power cord no disk to program it so i would never buy from this vendor again. do not recommend
Duplex scanning, Vista support (with download), searchable PDF creation (OCR), fast scanning, simple easy to use interface, USB 2.0, USB powered
This product should be a textbook case-study for a product gone wrong. First, it didn't work. Fair enough... my mistake. Secondly, I called their "support" in Florida, who had me download some useless link four times. Same result. Then, they stopped...
I bought this to just play around with bar code scanning. The manual has a lot of setup codes but no explanation about what software to use to get the USB signal. The manual does not even have a section about the USB connection, just an RS232 and...
Obviously I did not spend enough money for a product to capture my old 35mm slides onto computer. The only way I can use it is to capture the image with Snag-it software when the scanning camera brings it up. The transfer icon does nothing. I contacted...

Wasp does not allow the transfer of licenses of their software. Be careful before you buy any of their software, as you will probably NOT be able to ever sell it.
The TWO installation CD's have filled both my computers with hundreds of MBs of perculiar software, which doesn't work and won't go away. And yes - you guessed it - the scanner still doesn't work on either of them. Spend your money on something more...
Though not lightning fast, this scanner has a good price and admirable 48-bit color depth.

The software for this scanner is a joke. Tech support is no help. Our computer now automatically connects to our ISP (AOL) everytime it is turned on. We still can't send a scanned image as e-mail. The manuals that come with the scanner are pathetic...
I listened to a rep at a local computer store and purchased the UMAX e5470. After using it for just under 2 years, I am amazed that UMAX is still in business. The software in marginal at best. The scanner is SLOWWWWWW. Look at the UMAX web site as...
