During every batch, after about 15-20 documents have been passed through, we started to get lags, where it would take closer to 2 seconds a page. We are assuming this is actually our computers fault trying to de-skew, de-speckle, and enhance all these...
We used this scanner on the job today for the first time, we scanned about 3000 documents without a single jam. Its fast, quiet and the VRS software that integrates into windows explorer is really easy to use. No problems installing on vista machines....

We use these scanners in a banking environment to make all documents digital. The scanner offers a highspeed scan with incredible accuracy. The OCR is great and the machines have stood up to daily use well

I now have 10 of these in my medical centers. They have held up pretty well, when compared to the other brands we have tried.
Scans are fast. The drivers are pretty solid. They are versatile enough for odd page sizes, and as and added bonus, they can scan insurance cards and laminated IDs

works flawlessly so far and easy to set up. unlike an american-branded product i first bought and had to return. upgraded to acrobat pro to do everything out of adobe. still wish adobe files were more editable w/o exporting to word. but scanner itself...
is a little confusing for novices as to what software to use. would be nice to have a professional tutorial
