I use my RSQ NEO E500 for personal use (1 - 2x a month) and the occasional party (1 - 2x a year). I have been happy with the overall use and performance of the player, especially considering the cost.The first issue I had with the player ...

Easy to use and set up. Plays many different karaoke formats

Remote randomly (without reason) completely quits working. On rare occassion has trouble reading a CDG

Handle all formats advertised very well.
