Purchased June 2014 - Nothing but trouble with this dongle, have downloaded / upgraded info as per customer service team advised on four separate occasions!! The dongle will NOT work, unable to connect to Google Play Store nor other Apps; Ten Play etc....

The good thing about this antenna is that it is small and easily mounted. The reception is adequate, but not great. It works well in the city, but may have diffculty at long distances. I would still recommend it for most uses.

The only channels I was able to pick up was the local channels here in New York city. All other channels are blocked! I believe you must use your own satelite dish to get anything else.
