Toshiba SD-K850 Player

HDMI Out, comes with HDMI cable, very nice 480p via HDMI

Annoying blue accent light, poor upscaling, very intolerant of scratched discs

Nice specs, but you get what you pay for

Product Specifications

This is a truly awesome unit to own. High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) brings Home Theater to the next level by steaming multi-channel digital audio and digital video information together on one cable to digital TVs and monitors. HDMITM can support uncompressed digital video up to HDTV resolution. Thus the player makes use of this conduit by up-converting the standard DVD picture resolution of 720p or 1080i. This makes a DVD player with an HDMITM connection the perfect match for today's digital televisions. And because this conversion is performed in the player, the signal remains free frome excessive digital to analog artifacts.
